Happy Hour!

It's Friday! Time to enjoy a cocktail and celebrate the arrival of the weekend. While bubbly is my go-to, I have enjoyed several Dark and Stormies this summer. This classic cocktail cools you down and helps you forget about the summer heat. It is also a nice diversion from the regular glass of white wine or margarita.
For a little something extra, pour ginger beer into ice cube trays and freeze. Use these instead of regular ice so your drink won't get watery. Cheers!
Dark and Stormies
1 part rum (recommend Goslings Black Seal Bermuda Black Rum)
2 parts ginger beer (recommend Gosling's Stormy Ginger Beer)
fresh lime
ginger ice cubes
